When feelings are unclear
Some people know that something is happening inside but cannot easily name it. The body may feel tight, tired or restless while the emotional word stays out of reach.
This does not mean the person is cold or broken. It may simply mean the signal needs a slower, safer way to become understandable.
Start with body and context
Instead of asking “What do I feel?” start smaller: “Where do I notice it in my body?” and “What happened before this?” Body clues and context often point toward the emotion.
Mindlee uses this gentle path: sensation, situation, possible name, possible need.
A softer practice
Choose from a few nearby words rather than forcing one perfect answer: tense, sad, angry, ashamed, lonely, relieved. The goal is not diagnosis. The goal is one step more clarity.
