Please read these Terms of Use before using https://mindlee.ai and the Mindlee application. The site and app are operated by Mindlee Yazılım ve Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. The terms become effective when published and the current version is shared through the site or app.

How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Privacy Notice. By using the service, you also acknowledge those notices.

Mindlee provides an AI-supported emotional awareness and personal insight experience. AURA conversations, session mirrors, emotion journal, pattern awareness and premium credits or subscriptions may be included in the product.

Mindlee and AURA do not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, medical advice or crisis support. Content is for information, awareness and personal insight only. In emergencies, risk of harm or intense crisis, local emergency support and qualified professionals come first.

Users agree to use the services lawfully, personally and safely. Protecting account credentials, providing accurate information, respecting third-party rights and not using the service for misleading, harmful or treatment purposes are user responsibilities.

Premium plans and credits are provided according to the terms of the selected payment channel. 1 credit means about 1 minute of live AURA session. Subscriptions may be managed and cancelled through the App Store, Google Play or the web payment provider.

The Mindlee name, brand assets, design, software, text, visuals, logos and other content belong to Mindlee or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, changed or used commercially without written permission.

The company reserves the right to update, change, suspend or terminate the scope, content, design, algorithms, prices and features of the services at any time.

Decisions to use the services and consequences arising from such use are the user’s responsibility. Except where required by law, the company is not liable for indirect, unexpected or misuse-related damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices are authorized for disputes.
