Emotion records and session summaries are processed to provide the service, personalize the experience, create session mirrors and support pattern awareness. AURA does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Data may be shared with service providers, cloud infrastructure, payment providers, analytics tools, legal advisors and competent authorities with appropriate safeguards. Data is retained for the necessary purpose, legal retention periods and limitation periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
